We are delighted to have been successful in our grant application to fund our automated dispenser project to help reduce single-use plastic waste.
As you will have seen in the media plastic waste is having a catastrophic environmental impact globally. We have already seen the ban of free single use plastic bags and other ultra-convenient plastic items such as plastic straws and stirrers. We know that around 8million tonnes of plastic waste ends up in our oceans every year.
We are developing a dispenser that will help to reduce single-use plastic waste in the cosmetic, household cleaning and food & beverage industry.
